OsvehOss Description

OsvehOss is a synthetic bone graft with a homogeneous biphasic composition consisting of 60% hydroxyapatite (HA) and 40% β-tricalcium phosphate (β-TCP). Due to this biphasic composition, it is possible to combine the long-term mechanical and volumetric stability properties of hydroxyapatite and the short-term absorption rate of beta-tricalcium phosphate. This chemical composition along with sufficient structural porosity of the scaffold makes OsvehOss have osteoconductive, bioactive and osteopromoting properties.

OsvehOss is used in spine fusion surgeries, orthopedic trauma and fractures, as well as periodontology and maxillofacial surgeries as a filler, to repair and reconstruct bone defects and cavities.
