History

Osveh Asia Medical Instrument Knowledge Base Company started its activity in February of 2017 by producing all kinds of orthopedic implants in a space of 500 square meters in the top technologies industrial town of Mashhad with 20 manpower and 10 industrial devices and machines. .

In 1389, while obtaining the ISO13485 standard certificate and production license, he succeeded in offering his products to the market. During the years 2013 to 2018, the complete portfolio of spine, jaw and face products was added to the company’s product range, and in 2019, for the first time in Iran, a knowledge-based production line of synthetic bone biomaterials was launched in this company.

In 2013, in order to improve the quality control of its products in accordance with the international standards of orthopedic and spine implants, it purchased laboratory equipment, and in 2014, as the first company producing bone implants, it independently established its own equipped laboratory under the brand name Osveh LAB. And in the same year, he was honored to receive the ISO17025 certificate from the National Accreditation Center of Iran (NACI).

Since its establishment, this company has continued its activities with the aim of making the country self-sufficient in the field of orthopedic implants and becoming an effective brand in this industry. More than 170 industrial machines around the clock and in three work shifts for 280 experts and university graduates directly and 1000 people indirectly

The first stage of development

Wide product distribution network in more than 400 hospitals and treatment centers and having 40 active agencies throughout the provinces of the country.

The second stage of development

Designing products based on the reverse engineering of the most well-known European and American brands, relying on the knowledge of specialists of the research and development unit and using optical measuring devices (VMM), 3D scanners and specialized software

The third stage of development

Achieving high dimensional accuracy in the manufacture of implants by using automatic machines such as CNC turning and milling, seven and twelve axis CNC

The fourth stage of development

Ensuring the quality of the products according to the 100% control of the products based on the quality plan of each product and conducting periodic destructive tests of the products using 15 ton pressure, tension, bending devices as well as rotary and axial fatigue test devices

The fifth stage of development

Establishing and operating an independent laboratory for the mechanical properties of orthopedic, spine and maxillofacial implants under the OSVEH LAB brand and obtaining ISO17025 certification from the Qualification Center and the National Standards Organization of Iran

The sixth stage of development

Localization and commercialization of the technical know-how to produce synthetic bone biomaterials for the first time in Iran under the brand name OSVEH OSS and the chemical composition of biphasic calcium phosphate including 60% hydroxyapatite and 40% tricalcium phosphate
